A clean sea-salt brightness opens into rounded sweetness and restrained bitterness. Seifu presents a composed balance of umami and a clean finish.

Seifu Matcha is sourced from a tea producer in Uji, Kyoto with more than 190 years of in-house cultivation and processing history. The producer has received recognition at Japan's National Tea Competition.
