1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer both domestic and international shipping. All shipping rates, eligible free shipping thresholds, and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically and displayed accurately at checkout via Shopify.

Please review the final shipping costs and estimated delivery dates on the checkout page before completing your purchase.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Aragaki En (新垣園) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
